24 hour Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, or miss class, please let your primary teacher know at least 24 hours in advance. Contact us. 

This policy allows us ample time to schedule other students who may be able to use your time.

We get that 24 hours is not always possible. In such event, with the exception of emergencies and inclement weather (see below), you forfeit the lesson. Your full payment is due and appreciated, and a make-up lesson will not be scheduled. When 24 hours notice is given, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. 

In Case of Inclement Weather (in person only)

If Ithaca City School District has closed, or has canceled after-school activities, Flight is also closed. 

It is sometimes possible to have a voice lesson if you choose to brave the roads. In this case, please contact us directly to arrange your lesson. We will not expect you unless we hear from you.

Payment and Late Fees

For Dance Classes, payment in full, or a monthly payment subscription is due at the start of each session.

For A La Carte Lessons, payment is due at the time of the lesson.

Tuition Payments are due the 1st calendar day of each month*. After the 7th day of the month, a late fee of $25 will be added to the total amount due. Even if you don’t have a lesson the first week of the month, your payment is still due and can be mailed to:

*If you need your due date to be later in the month please ask. I will make every attempt to work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
